The Racer Test Day is open to competitors who are IHRA licence holders.
The day will run as an open test session for the full 8 hours from 1pm to 9pm.
SPECTATORS
ONLINE SPECTATOR PRICES
Adults - $20
Students & Concession with ID - $18
- Concession prices/tickets are for Age & Disability pension card holders with "in date" ID only
Children 13 years and under must have an entry ticket
**All Online Ticket prices exclude a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee**
AT THE GATE SPECTATOR PRICES (SORRY NO CASH)
Adults - $25
Students & Concession with ID - $23
- Concession prices/tickets are for Age & Disability pension card holders with "in date" ID only
Children 13 years and under - $5
**Gate Tickets include a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee**
TICKET INFORMATION:
- Tickets will be available at the gate on the day by debit/credit card only, no cash.
- When purchasing multiple tickets online, you can share the ticket or change the name of the ticket to the name of the spectator attending.
- All tickets must be in the spectator's name that is attending, including children
- All Patrons including Racers, Crew, Spectators, Life, Special, Fabulous 5 and Season passholders must CHECK IN on arrival and show their valid pass to the gate team.
COMPETITORS
Racer/crew entry to the event will be under the below conditions.
Time - gates open 11:00am
Runs – 1:00pm – 9:00pm - No scheduled runs.
CAS – 11.30am in the scrutineering shed
ONLINE COMPETITOR PRICES(closes Monday Oct. 7, 2024)
Race Entry - $150 admits driver/rider + 1 crew.
Additional Crew - $22 p/person (max crew 6).
AT THE GATE SPECTATOR PRICES (SORRY NO CASH)
Race Entry $200 admits driver/rider.
Crew $30 p/person (max 6).
**Crew Tickets include a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee**
- Once your entry is accepted, to confirm your entry, go to the Members Area and click Racer. Then click ‘My Entries’ which will display all the events you have entered.
- For your racer and crew tickets - click on CREW PASSES. All tickets including the racer entry ticket will be ready to download
- You must keep 1 of the etickets for yourself (driver/rider)
- You can change the name on the tickets and share to your crew/spectators.
- Each person (including driver/rider) will need to have the ticket in their name to scan at the gate. This can either be printed or downloaded to a smartphone
- You the driver/rider will still need to collect your entry form at the gate. The racer declaration form will need to be taken to scrutineering
- Entry to the facility is only on event day. No one will be permitted onsite the night before or permitted to stay onsite overnight after the event closure.
